The Stratford House is nestled in a quaint, quiet neighborhood in Troy, MI. We are located just minutes away from
Beaumont and St. John Macomb-Oakland Hospital. Offering assisted living and adult foster care.
Our small home setting offers quality and pe​rsonal care for our residents that is not found in large facilities. With a variety of offerings to choose from for all of our residents​. The Stratford House offers intimate care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We offer full inclusive services that includes medication management, personal hygiene assistance, helping residents with getting dressed as well as assisting residents with their bathroom needs.
Our services are congruent with our commitment to health and wellness for all residents at our house.

Meal Arrangements
We provide all of our residents with 3 wholesome meals per days. All meals include snacks consisting of fresh fruits, vegetables, quality meats and fishes. We also offer seasonal menus as well as special request meals.

We work very closely with local area rehab and independent living facilities nearby which allows for smooth and easy transition for residents into our house.
